Support our new film about nurses changing the landscape of maternal and infant health
CATALYSTS – definition: agents that provoke or speed significant change or action
Nurses are changing the landscape of health and healthcare throughout our local and global communities. American Delivery is a new documentary film and educational campaign created by filmmakers Carolyn Jones and Lisa Frank of the American Nurse Project. Each of the nurses profiled is a catalyst for good, a catalyst for change, a catalyst for health. Each nurse is moving the needle toward a more equitable world, in which every human life has the same value, and every person feels heard and cared for. Organizations and individuals looking for ways to show appreciation for and shine a light on the value of nurses leading us to a more responsive, resilient and cost-effective health system are encouraged to show their support for the project below.
This work is inspired by the legendary leadership of Joyce Fitzpatrick of the Marian K. Shaughnessy Nurse Leadership Academy who has been a true catalyst, leader, mentor and innovator, dedicated to improving health and healthcare through nursing around the world.
